Please write by post to the Parish Office, Saint Andrew's Church, Church Road, Ham Common, Richmond TW10 5HG.

In your letter please give as much information as you have about names and dates. Please note that there is a statutory fee for this service. For a register search and certified entry (if required) the fee is £18 for the first hour or part there of and an additional £15 for each additional hour or part thereof.

We will be happy to commence your search and certification (if required) upon receipt of your letter, SAE and cheque. Please make cheques payable to the Reverend Simon Brocklehurst.
