PARISH WEEKEND 17-19 SEPTEMBER at WINDMILL FARM:  Please could you let Sue in the Parish Office know THIS WEEK if you would like to join us for our parish weekend, and fill in one of the forms at the back of the church. Our weekend will include workshops on art, music and creative writing; worship led by Sister  Anita and Simon; and free time to enjoy the lovely surroundings of Witney, Oxford. Something for everyone – and the accommodation and food are superb too! If you are unsure, please speak to Simon, Chris Ruse,  Sue Waddell, Jenny Metherell, Evelyn Felton, Wendy Malseed or Kirsty Walsh, all of whom are involved in planning the programme.

NEW SECONDARY SCHOOL:  Please sign the petition at the back of the church to support the bid being put forward by the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education to build and run this school as a Church School.  It will be on the North Kingston Centre site in our parish.

LARGE SCALE GARDEN GAMES (Draughts, Connect and Tug o’ War rope) are needed for the Fish and Friends BBQ in the vicarage garden on Saturday 17 July.  Please contact Sian Adams (8541 1990) now!
